Sales and Marketing at mabl

mabl is a well-funded technology company that is revolutionizing the test automation industry. We are building a platform that collects large amounts of data from test runs which is then used to provide insights to customers to help them improve the quality of their applications. Our customers include leaders in their industries such as Kayak, Charles Schwab, Jetblue, and many others.

Why we need you:

mabl has been scaling its go to market operations over the past 9 months and now we’re looking for a quantitative expert to help us make excellent data-driven decisions and accelerate growth. You have the opportunity to work cross-functionally across sales, marketing, and customer success to help leverage data which resides in our various systems including Salesforce, Pardot, Looker, and HubSpot. This is an instrumental role for our go to market operations to meet the demand of this fast-growing market.

What you’ll do:

  • Develop customization and reporting through Salesforce 
  • Evaluate our data from inbound marketing to help inform decisions and our strategy going forward
  • Maintain data integrity across various systems and ensure data is mapped and routed to systems as needed
  • Own analysis of the sales and marketing funnel and help identify opportunities for optimization 
  • Provide customer assessment including segmentation, reporting, and revenue analysis 
  • Work closely with our sales and marketing leadership for ad hoc reporting requirements

What you’ll bring to the table:

  • 2-3 years in finance or operations oriented roles
  • Experience working with, customizing, and creating reports and dashboards in Salesforce 
  • Highly detailed, well organized, and accurate 
  • Comfortable using google sheets and/or excel including vlookups, charts, filters, etc 
  • Basic understanding of SaaS metrics 
  • Passion for identifying trends and insights from raw data

Bonus points: 

  • You have experience with marketing automation systems like Marketo/Pardot
  • You know SQL
