Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time by emailing email@example.com. At the end of your month of cancellation, your invoice will be prorated to the time of cancellation.
When will I be invoiced?
mabl invoices on the first of the month for the prior months activity. For May, we will send an invoice on June 1 which will be for the period from May 7 - May 31.
Can I see how many journeys I’m executing?
Yes, you can see usage data in the app by clicking on Settings in the left nav and then Usage.
What type of support do you have?
You can get support through email, slack, and in-app chat in the application.
What if I have more than one workspace?
The pricing applies to each workspace. In the future, we may allow you to consolidate workspaces from a billing perspective.
Does it cost more to test in parallel?
No. Tests are always executed in parallel so we don’t charge you more for that.
If I test in 2 browsers, does that count as two Journey executions?
Yes. If you run a Journey in multiple browsers or multiple environments, this will count as multiple test executions. For example, one Journey which runs against two environments and two browsers would count as four tests.
Is my credit card information secure?
Yes. We use a PCI-certified vendor for payment processing and we don't store any of that information on our systems.
