Software quality is a team sport. Without collaboration, teams risk insufficient test coverage or negative user experiences. However, many teams struggle to effectively collaborate on activities like test creation and maintenance (let alone enable the entire development team to contribute). Jessica will share how she defines quality internally, collaborates with stakeholders across QE and product development, and ultimately builds a quality ecosystem to create better experiences for her users.
