Office Management at mabl

mabl is quickly making a name for itself as one of the most well funded and fastest growing companies in the multi-billion dollar software testing market. The founding team has a rich history in DevOps and Cloud and was successful in selling their prior company, Stackdriver, to Google in 2014.  

As the mabl team has now grown to 35 people, we’re searching for an office manager who can help mabl scale into a new phase of growth. Reporting to mabl's co-founder, this person will play a central role in making sure the team is happy, productive, and able to give 100% to our customers. In addition to supporting our growing team, the Office Manager will help move mabl into 18,000 sq/ft of new space in May 2019 including designing the new space to fit the needs of the team.

Responsibilities:

The office manager is involved in nearly all aspects of the company, having an impact from day one and opening the door to future career opportunities:  

  • Serves as the company’s “chief of culture”, arranging employee perks and rewards, organizing team building events, etc.
  • Serves as point person for all office matters
  • Plans critical company events (company meetings, off-site events, investor/board meetings, etc.)
  • Handles some HR related items including benefits and insurance
  • Procures all supplies for the office including food, supplies, computers, and marketing collateral
  • Handles all office furniture (ordering, assembly, etc.)
  • Assists with various administrative tasks including employee expense management, new hire onboarding, scheduling, vendor management, shipping, etc
  • Greets all incoming guests

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Positive, energetic, outgoing, “can do” attitude
  • Extremely well organized with strong time management skills
  • Ability to multi-task, including working with many vendors, employees, and projects
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills
  • Experience using office applications such as Microsoft Office or Google Apps
  • Experience with office management or project management
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
