At mabl, our team is committed to helping stop the spread of the COVID-19 virus and keeping our employees and their families as safe as possible. Not unlike many organizations across the globe we have taken steps to protect and support our employees, customers, and community in the following ways:
In accordance with the Massachusetts State Order to close non-essential business, the mabl Boston office will be closed until Monday, May 4th. Despite the physical office being closed, mabl employees continue to work as usual from their remote locations. Do not hesitate to reach out email@example.com if we can help.
Customer support hours and staffing remain unchanged. The support team can be reached via live chat in the mabl app, or email firstname.lastname@example.org between the hours of 3:00 AM ET and 7:00 PM ET. You should expect the same rapid response times to which you are accustomed. Don't forget to connect with the mabl community in the Friends of mabl slack channel.
The mabl platform is a native SaaS application built on the Google Cloud Platform (GCP). The published GCP uptime SLA is >=99.99%. We do not anticipate the COVID-19 pandemic to negatively impact performance or availability of the mabl platform.
Several weeks ago, the mabl team conducted a review of critical processes, systems, and infrastructure to assess our readiness for potential issues arising from the COVID-19 pandemic, including the possibility that key employees could be personally affected by the coronavirus. We have implemented contingency plans to address these risks. For example, we have added secondary and tertiary administrators for business-critical applications and mabl leadership communicates daily to coordinate our response to new risks or issues as they arise.
For companies and organizations who are building web applications to help mitigate the spread of the virus, or the recovery of those affected by the COVID-19 pandemic, we are offering free subscriptions to the mabl platform through the end of 2020 to help you deliver your application quickly while minimizing bugs. Mabl business travel has been suspended for all employees until further notice. Our team members continue to meet virtually with customers and prospects using both Zoom and Google Hangouts.
