All companies are software companies and they’re all moving towards Agile and further towards DevOps to stay competitive in their industries. Yet as they increase their software development velocity, they’re using decades-old tools and processes which just aren’t keeping up. mabl is built to help them. At mabl, we’re helping enterprises ship higher quality software faster by building the worlds’ first Intelligent Testing Platform, continuous testing for continuous integration and delivery.  

mabl has built a SaaS test automation product which saves time and effort for engineering teams by using AI to automate much of the manual tasks QA and Developers spend time on today. In turn, teams can experience significant ROI and move at the speed of DevOps. Our customers include leaders in their industries such as Riot Games, Charles Schwab, Jetblue, and many others. 

Our team is led by veteran founders Izzy Azeri and Dan Belcher who previously started Stackdriver, a DevOps infrastructure monitoring platform which was acquired by Google and is now the de-facto management interface for customers on Google Cloud Platform. mabl has raised $35M in venture funding from leading VC’s including GV (formerly Google Ventures), CRV, Amplify and Presidio Ventures, the venture capital arm of Sumitomo Corporation.

In addition to our growing business in the US, mabl has an emerging list of customers who have been adopting mabl in Japan. These customers include LOB/Rakuten and Note amongst others. As part of our growing business, we recently raised venture capital investment from Presidio Ventures, the VC arm of Sumitomo Corporation to help us invest even more in the country. As part of that investment plan, our goal is to hire our first team member located in Tokyo to help both support and grow our business in the region. 

What you'll do:

  • Build our partner network to help build the mabl customer base in Japan 
  • Coordinate Japanese marketing events
  • Follow up with inbound leads 
  • Prospect into new teams within existing accounts
  • Provide product demos and answer questions regarding the mabl product from prospects and users
  • Help translate some basic mabl marketing materials and documentation

What we're looking for:

  • Proficient in being able to speak and write Japanese and English 
  • Experience working with US based technology companies with customers in Japan 
  • Experience with DevOps tools, preferably working with development and quality teams 
  • Passion for learning new capabilities and responsibilities
  • Organized with the ability to work successfully in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Team player with ability to work across sales, marketing, and product teams
